This action cannot be undone. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our systems, including your game progress, statistics, and personal information.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- User profile information (name, email, avatar)
- Game statistics and progress (chess and backgammon)
- Currency and in-game purchases
- Screenshots and photo analysis history
- Subscription information
- User ratings and game history
- Daily missions and rewards data
- Push notification tokens
- Session tracking data
- All associated Auth0 authentication data
Retention Period: Data is deleted immediately upon request. Some cached data may persist for up to 30 days in our backup systems before being permanently purged.
